USA Pavilion Innovation Summit
Tuesday, September 29th
29 Sep – 30 Sep, 2015 (Copernico, Via Copernico 38, Milan and the USA Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015)
In collaboration with the U.S. Department of State, the USA Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 and its innovation program Feeding the Accelerator, will host a two-day event to showcase its activity during the Expo and launch new directions and initiatives to support and sustain innovation and entrepreneurship. Panels will feature Josette Lewis, Associate Director of World Food Center at UC Davis; Letizia Moratti, former Mayor of Milan; William Perduto, Mayor of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Mark Romano, VP of Sustainability at illycaffé; Fabio Santini, Microsoft Developer Experience and Evangelism Lead; and representatives from USA Pavilion partners. Feeding the Accelerator’s mentors and entrepreneurs will also be showcased, presenting the food and tech companies selected as part of the accelerator program, as well as inspiring moments from the program’s Mentor Minds series featuring leading innovators.
